Should I wash my hair before coming for my appointment?
No need — washing is included with all of our services. Like many professional hair salons, we take care of the shampooing and prep for you, so just arrive as you are.What is the cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Without that notice, you’ll be charged 50% of your service fee, and a no-call, no-show will incur a 100% charge.
