  • Should I wash my hair before coming for my appointment?

    No need — washing is included with all of our services. Like many professional hair salons, we take care of the shampooing and prep for you, so just arrive as you are.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Without that notice, you’ll be charged 50% of your service fee, and a no-call, no-show will incur a 100% charge. Hair salons like ours set this policy so we can respect both our stylists’ time and other clients waiting for appointments.
  • How long do extensions last?

    The lifespan of extensions depends on the type used and how well they’re cared for. At Evolve Hair + Beauty, one of the premier hair salons in the area, we use high-quality brands to ensure longer wear and a natural look. Call us for personalized guidance on your specific extensions.
  • How can I schedule an appointment?

    Of course! You can call, text, or use our online booking system. Like other top hair salons, we also welcome walk-ins when available, though pre-booking ensures you get the time that works best for you.
  • What does the Toupee process look like?

    We begin with a free consultation where we color-match and review photos of the styles you like. Then, we schedule your install for a future date. As with leading hair salons, our process focuses on precision, comfort, and education so you know how to care for your toupee after installation.
