Owner & Mentor at Evolve Hair and Beauty

With over 15 years of hands-on experience behind the chair, I created Evolve Hair and Beauty as more than just a salon — it’s a cozy, welcoming space where artistry, education, and empowerment come together. My passion has always been helping women feel their best, whether it’s through a transformative look or guiding stylists to grow their confidence and talent.

While I’m currently not taking clients myself, my focus is on mentoring the next generation of stylists to attract (and keep!) their dream clientele. I specialize in extensions and am obsessed with scalp health — because beautiful hair starts at the root. I also love playing with blended low-maintenance color and modern cuts, always keeping things fresh and personalized.

Hi, I’m Bethany!

I’m a passionate hairstylist who loves making my clients feel confident in their natural beauty! I’ve been behind the chair for a few years now, specializing in lived-in color and rich brunettes that require low maintenance. I offer both women's and men's haircuts tailored to your style and lifestyle.

I also offer high-quality custom-fitted toupee services for men, designed to restore confidence with a natural blended look. With a transformation like this, it helps make clients feel the best version of themselves.

When I’m not at the salon, you will find me enjoying time with family! My husband and I have been married for over 3 years now and have a one-year-old boy we chase around!

I can’t wait to pamper and help you create your hair goals! Evolve is such a gorgeous salon and the perfect place to come and be treated!

Meet Courtney Taylor

Stylist • Blonde Specialist • Extension Enthusiast

With 2 years behind the chair, Courtney has quickly made a name for herself, specializing in all things blonde and extensions. She’s passionate about helping clients feel confident and radiant—whether it’s a bright blonde refresh, volume-boosting extensions, or her newest adventure: diving into the world of toupees.

When she’s not transforming hair in the salon, you’ll probably find her chasing after her kids, singing along at a Hardy concert, or fueling up with her favorite 7 Brew drink in hand. Down-to-earth, driven, and always learning, Courtney brings both heart and hustle to every appointment.

Alyssa Johnson

Blonding Specialist • Color Artist • Bridal Hair & Makeup

Hi, I’m Alyssa! I specialize in modern blonding techniques, lived-in color, and dimensional balayages that grow out seamlessly. I also offer on-location and in-salon hair and makeup services for weddings and special events—because everyone deserves to feel like their best self.

Outside the salon, you’ll find me with my husband (aka my best friend), soaking up time with our two adorable mini Holland Lop bunnies, Pumpkin and Cinnamon. I’m also a big fan of shopping, decorating, and great coffee.

I specialize in blondes and extensions, but I love doing a little bit of everything when it comes to hair. Whether you're looking for a natural glow-up or a total hair transformation, I'm all about helping my clients feel confident and beautiful.

My chair is a place to have fun and relax! Outside the salon, you'll probably find me at home with my cats or swimming any chance I get. Can't wait to see you in my chair!
